8:00am: TIME TO TEE OFF! Head over to Trident Lakes Golf Course at Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base now open to the public. This is a challenging course designed by Arthur Hills with the winds and the water coming into play on ten holes; it can become a challenge at times for even the scratch golfer. The design is absolutely beautiful and the course set in perfect balance with the wildlife around it. When you mix it in with some exceptional golf, you get quite an experience.
11:30pm: Head to Trident Lake’s own, Legends Grill where you can enjoy lunch and a cold beverage while talking about who had the longest drive or joking over who scored the most bogeys!
Shopping Option: Those who don’t play golf, SHOP! Drop off the golfers and drive to downtown St. Marys, just minutes away from Trident Lakes Golf Course. Shop til you drop! Downtown St. Marys has an array of cute boutiques, restaurants and antique stores.
1:00pm: Head back to the hotel and relax at the pool or take a quick snooze! Don’t forget, YOU'RE ON VACATION!
4:30pm: Gather up the group and head over to a watering hole to grab a “Sweet Tea” or a “Long Island Ice Tea” whichever is your preference. Or stop in at one of the local joints and test your luck with KENO! Order dinner, and enjoy the evening having a laugh with your friends.
